Hi there,

My name’s Adam and I decided to create this website after my own struggles with building muscle mass. Just 6 months ago I was a naturally skinny guy. Sure, I enjoyed sports and keeping fit, but no matter how hard I tried I just couldn’t build muscles.

Some of my friends were muscular and I was pretty jealous of the attention they would get. I tried all kinds of protein shakes and creatine. Various expensive supplements and gadgets. I put in tons of hours at the gym and bought my own equipment. Nothing seemed to work.

Finally when I was surfing online looking for solutions in a bodybuilding forum, someone recommended Vince DelMonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building Course and I decided to give it a try. I never expected it to work.

The workouts were really intense, but manageable and I had to put in far less hours than I used to. I also changed my diet as he recommended, which made a huge difference. Just 3 months later I had gained inches and my friends were noticing. Nowadays I feel great and have gained 32 pounds. I look like a different (far healthier and more attractive) person.
